Dr. Andrew Tipping is a leading practitioner in organization and change leadership for Strategy&, PwC’s strategy consulting business. Based in Chicago, he is a Principal with PwC US. Dr. Tipping leads the U.S. transportation practice and also leads the Chicago office. His client base includes airports, airlines, postal, and logistics companies.

Author of numerous articles, studies, and essays on transformational program and change management, Dr. Tipping’s publications include “Airport Resilience”, “Sense & Sustainability”, “Surviving in an Environment of Change", "The Customer Centric Organization”, and "Ten guiding principles of change management". He has also co-authored articles for strategy+business magazine, including “Growth Champions", "Making the Perfect Marketer", and "Six Types of Marketing Organizations: Where Do You Fit In?".

His prior professional experience includes serving as senior consultant at ERA Technology in England, where he managed product development teams. Before that, he managed telecommunications and computing projects funded by the UK’s Department of Trade and Industry.

Dr. Tipping holds a PhD and B.Sc. from Reading University, and an MBA from the London School of Business.
