Mitsuru Toizaki is an advisor to executives in high-tech and manufacturing industries for Strategy&, PwC's strategy consulting group. Based in Tokyo, he is a Partner with PwC Consulting LLC.
His project experience covers a wide range of consulting solutions—from business strategy development, new-market entry, SCM, R&D, marketing and global organizational transformation.
In recent years, he has been working on digitization projects for clients.
His recent work includes:
- Supporting a transformation from HW CAPEX business model to solution-based OPEX business model
- Developing a new-market entry strategy and supporting a Silicon Valley venture scouting to expand existing capabilities
- Delivering a R&D and manufacturing global organization transformation by developing an operation strategy including make or buy strategy
Mitsuru joined PRTM in 2005 and joined PwC when PRTM merged with PwC in 2011. Prior to joining PRTM, he worked at a leading software company in Germany.
He holds a B.Eng in manufacturing system engineering from the University of Warwick.
