Mr. Kauffeld has over 20 years of experience working with consumer products companies, including ten years as a management consultant and ten years in private industry. Before rejoining Strategy& in 2005, he held a series of senior-level positions at R.J. Reynolds and the Campbell Soup Company, where he worked in strategic planning, business development, and general management roles.

Mr. Kauffeld holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a BA in Economics from Cornell.
